Please note: If the remaining balance is not received on time, we will contact you once and ask you to transfer the outstanding amount immediately. If the remaining balance is still not received following this reminder, your entitlement to your place on the retreat will expire.

Cancellation and refund policy

The deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is refundable up to October 31, 2026. From November 1, 2026 onwards, 100% of the retreat fee is due and no refund will be issued. This also applies in the event of illness, even if a medical certificate is provided. I kindly ask for your understanding and strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation coverage, which may cover the costs in such cases.

Cancellation of the retreat

The retreat may be cancelled if there are not enough registrations or due to unforeseen circumstances. If the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, all payments made will of course be refunded in full.

Programme changes

The programme, as well as changes to individual services (such as accommodation, travel arrangements, yoga teachers, etc.) due to unforeseen circumstances or safety reasons, are expressly reserved and accepted by the participant upon booking.

Personal and health requirements

Good general health and a stable mental state are required to participate in the retreat. Participants take part at their own responsibility and are required to inform the retreat leader of any physical or psychological conditions or limitations.

If a participant does not meet the physical or psychological requirements for participation, the retreat leader may exclude them from continuing the retreat. In such a case, any costs associated with the participant’s return journey are their own responsibility. Payments already made will not be refunded.

General insurance provisions

Any liability for damages incurred is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage, including health, accident and travel insurance.

We strongly recommend a travel insurance, including cancellation and assistance coverage. Unexpected circumstances such as illness can happen at any time, and depending on your insurance coverage, you may be able to claim the retreat costs through your insurance.
