For many of us, we could all use some help in the self-love department. As we all know, our own level of self-love is the base for our success in relationships, career, health, and overall well-being. But to really feel comfortable in our own skin and accepting ourselves no matter what, is not always easy, right? It needs a lot of practice...
In this class we will practice listening to what the body needs in each moment and choosing to honor that. When practicing yoga where your primary focus is on lovingly accepting your body and giving it the opportunity to heal and grow in each posture, you are choosing self-love over ego.
Let’s commit to our relationship with ourself so that we can feel strong, supported and loved. We deserve it. And when we feel connected, strong, flexible and loved – we will have the energy to serve others and manifest our dreams.
This class is a mix of a powerful yet gentle Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Pranayama (breathing techniques) silent and guided Meditation as well as Mantra chanting and journaling.
Give yourself permission to take time for yourself, to breathe, to let go, to love and to just be who you are.
