“Allow yourself to be as you are, pure magic.“

In this class we will move through a gentle and mindful vinyasa sequence to prepare mind and body for the next part of the practice. As you hold different yin and restorative yoga poses (held between 3 and 6 minutes), you will receive Reiki healing by Nadja and myself.

Part of the class:
- Pranayama (breathing technique)
- Slow and mindful Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Yin and Restorative Yoga elements
- Mudras (hand gestures)
- Reiki Healing through touch and non-touch by Sarah & Nadja
- Yin and Yang Meditation

Yin Yoga as well as restorative yoga forces us to slow down, stay present and let go. Yin yoga is a beautifully delicious practice that helps us heal both our heart and our mind. It allows us time to sit within ourselves, to just be still, and to notice what happens in the body and mind.

Yin is the opposite of Yang, and so the opposit of Vinyasa Yoga. Practicing both is the perfect combination. If you have a Yin and Yang yoga practice, you are creating balance within your energy systems and build up a unique sense of calmness in both, mind and body.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing method of drawing concentrated life force energy and radiating it. The person offering Reiki, channels life force energy through his or her hands unto another. Reiki energy is the non-physical force that flows through all living things. Reiki as a healing power can reach all levels of existence, and works to bring all levels into balance. Reiki has a magical quality of knowing what is needed for each person, so Reiki works on an individual level, to heal whatever needs to be healed or released.
