Give yourself permission to take time to breathe, to live life, to give, to love, to reflect, to be present, and to just be - yourself.

In these 2 hours we will go through a full and deep yoga practice.
Each full & deep yoga practice has a specific theme and intention on which we work on through out the class, so that you have something to take with you, off the mat, into your lives.

Every class starts with a breathing meditation, to become more and more present. After the warm-up we flow through a vinyasa yoga sequence which will strengthen, reenergize and relaxe mind and body. In the cool-down part and savasana you will have the time to let go and let the practice sink in.
The class always ends with a guided meditation followed by chanting a beautiful mantra.

This class is suitable for everyone who has done yoga before (beginners to advanced). I offer variations so that everyone can go as far as they want.
